NGA cannot bill your company. Faxed forms can only be processed with Credit/Debit Card payment information. Forms that are mailed must contain Credit/Debit Card payment information or be accompanied by a check payable to Independent Grocers Show Management. Cancellation/Refund Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by January 12, 2019. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $100 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked on or after January 12, 2019. Submit all requests to NGA via email at email@example.com
