NGA cannot bill your company. Faxed forms can only be processed with Credit/Debit Card payment information. Forms that are mailed must contain Credit/Debit Card payment information or be accompanied by a check payable to National Grocers Association.
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by January 13, 2017. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $100 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked on or after January 13, 2017. Submit all requests to NGA via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
