2021 NGA SHOW EVENTS: FAQ

THE NGA SHOW – May 16-18, 2021 – Caesars Forum, Las Vegas, NV

What is the theme for this year’s event?  Celebrating Supermarket Heroes!  Be sure to join us for surprises as we celebrate this essential industry and front line workers!
 
When will registration open? Registration will be open in early February 2021, and NGA members will receive notification of early rate registration deadlines for the deepest discounts available.
  
When will the education program be available?  You can see a sneak peek at the content here!  In total, more than 50 educational offerings will be available, including sessions, keynotes, general sessions and more – all designed to provide immediate, actionable ideas for your store operation.
  
Which hotel will you be utilizing?  And when does housing open?  The headquarters hotel will be Harrah’s Las Vegas and housing will open by the end of November, 2020.  Harrah’s is conveniently  connected to the Caesars Forum Convention Center.

THE NGA SHOW EXTENSION: VIRTUAL EDITION – August 3, 2021

How is the Virtual Extension different from The NGA Show?  The NGA Show Extension: Virtual Edition is a new online one-day event providing access to unique educational content, coupled with an online platform for attendees and exhibitors to continue their show floor conversations and product sourcing.
  
Do I have to attend The NGA Show in Las Vegas to participate in the Virtual Extension?  No!  The Virtual Extension will be open to all retailers and wholesalers, and can also be utilized as a forum to invite additional team members to participate in education and be part of the product discovery journey.
  
How can I attend the Virtual Edition?  Registration will be available in June, 2021 and all NGA member companies will be the first notified.
  
Are virtual booths available at The NGA Show Extension: Virtual Edition?  Yes!  There will be virtual options to showcase your products to retailers and wholesalers!  Contact Ed Gallo or Mary Yates today!

THE NGA SHOW SUMMIT – December 1-3, 2021 – Hyatt Regency Orlando, Orlando, FL

What is The NGA Show Summit?  The NGA Show Summit is an invitation-only, hosted buyer event providing retailers and wholesalers with the opportunity to uncover customer trends and connect with new vendors in a small group setting.
 
What is the size of The NGA Show Summit?  This will be an intimate event, in a small group setting of approximately 200-250 total participants.  This luxury resort is the perfect setting for a family get-away in sunny Central Florida.
     
How can I apply to attend?  Retailers and wholesalers interested in attending may apply by contacting Cruz Alvarado, NGA Show Key Buyer Manager.  A limited number of vendor opportunities are available for one-to-one meetings with retailers – contact Ed Gallo or Mary Yates or details.
