What are the 2022 Show Dates?
  • The 2022 Event will take place Sunday, February 27 – Tuesday, March 1
Where is the NGA Show taking place?
  • Caesar’s Forum Convention Center in the Forum & Summit Ballrooms

Booth Space
What is included in my booth space?
  • Each 10' x 10' booth includes the following standard equipment:
     
  • Standard Booths:
    • 8’ High Draped Backwall - Color: Blue
    • 3’ High Draped Siderails – Color: Blue
    • 1 – 7” x 44” Identification Sign with Company Name & Booth Number
       
  • Pavilion Booths:
    • 8’ High Draped Backwall – Color: Black
    • 3’ High Draped Siderails – Color: Black
    • 1 – 7” x 44” Identification Sign with Company Name & Booth Number
       
  • The ballroom is carpeted in a multi-colored print.
  • NOTE: A floor covering is required if cooking will be taking place in the booth

Booth Furnishings
Who is the General Service Contractor?   Where do I order booth furnishings? Where do I order Electric?
  • You can order electric through Hargrove’s Ordering Website under “Venue Services
What is the discount deadline to order?
  • Hargrove’s discount deadline is Friday, February 4, 2022.
Shipping:
Do you have an advanced warehouse?
  • You can access the Shipping Label for the Advanced Warehouse by clicking here. Advanced shipping begins Monday, January 24 at 9:00am and ends Tuesday, February 22 at 3:30pm.
Can I ship my items onsite?
  • Yes, you can access the Shipping Label for Direct to Show Site by clicking here.
  • Please note:
    • A Marshaling Yard will be in effect for this show.
    • Direct freight received at show site on Saturday and/or Sunday will be handled on overtime.  A 40% overtime surcharge will apply.
    • All perishable items must be shipped direct to show site for receipt no earlier than Saturday, February 26 at 8:00 AM. Please submit the "Refrigerated / Frozen Storage" form.
I have a shipment that contains items that need to be refrigerated or frozen, what do I do?

Material Handling
What is material handling/drayage?
  • The term "drayage" is the moving of exhibit materials from one location to another. Whether you ship to Hargrove's advance warehouse or directly to show site, your materials still need to get to your booth location. Drayage services include the accepting of your material either at the warehouse or at show site, delivery to your booth, storage of empty containers during the show, returning empty containers at the close of the show, picking up your packaged materials, returning them to the dock, and loading on the carrier of your choice.

Show Hours
When is move-in?
  • Friday, February 25 - By appointment only
    • No Perishable Items will be accepted on Friday. Perishables will be accepted beginning Saturday, Feb. 26
  • Saturday, February 26 - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Sunday, February 27 - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Monday, February 28 - 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
What are the show hours?
  • Monday, February 28 - 12:15 PM to 5:15 PM
  • Tuesday, March 1 - 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

When is move-out?
  • Tuesday, March 1 - 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
  • Wednesday, March 2 - 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM

How many badges are included with my booth space?

Where can I register for badges?
  • You can register for badges by logging into your Exhibitor Portal and clicking on the tile titled “Exhibitor Registration”.
How much is an additional exhibitor badge?
  • Exhibitors pay $500 per badge over their allotment
     
What does my exhibitor badge allow access to?
  • The exhibitor badge provides access to all show events, which includes sessions and workshops, keynote address, opening reception, creative choice breakfast, general sessions, and closing party.  The exhibitor badge also provides exhibit hall access during set up and prior to the show floor opening each day.
