ABOUT THE BRAND NEW CAESARS FORUM

We are excited to return to Vegas for another year of The NGA Show, taking place at the brand new Caesars Forum! This newly built 550,000 square foot conference center is the latest addition to the Caesars Entertainment family - making its debut in 2020. The building’s ultra-modern design with natural daylight and a neutral palette offers a high-end feel to enhance your experience on and off the show floor.
 
The venue is conveniently located at the center of the Las Vegas strip, with direct access to more than 8,500 hotel rooms at Harrah's Las Vegas, the LINQ Hotel + Experience and Flamingo Las Vegas hotels and more - providing the perfect environment and access to all things Vegas for NGA Show participants!
 
With meeting space all in one level, load-in and accessibility will be simple and convenient. Caesars Forum features more than 300,000 square feet of flexible conference space with the two largest pillarless ballrooms in the world. The 100,000 square foot Forum Plaza is ideal for breaks, receptions or special events taking place during this year’s NGA Show!

Ensuring the safety of all exhibitors, attendees and staff at our events is our top priority. Our team is following the government guidelines issued by the CDC and state and local officials with regards to the ongoing situation of the Coronavirus/COVID-19.
 
We understand that ensuring exhibitors and attendees feel safe returning to events will be a critical first step in delivering an exceptional experience for you. We are working as a collective industry to enable events and trade shows to open safely by following essential safety guidelines that adhere to the best medically backed scientific practices.
 
Additionally we are working with our travel partners, venues, hotels and the Convention & Visitors Bureaus in the cities our events operate in to protect your health and provide you with a safe and productive environment for you to conduct business. 
Our precautionary measures begin in our event planning stage and continue through your arrival at the event and a post-event review to protect all of our customers with the support of our partners and contractors including:
