A 30-year veteran of the food industry, Mr. Fleming is the CEO of Dapicon, Inc. He has been an integral figure in supply chain innovations, having chaired or facilitated over 33 global industry committees on best practices. His work while with both IFPA (International Fresh Produce Association) and GS1 (Standards Organization) has allowed him to work intimately with each segment of the industry to understand what works, what does not work, and why. Because of his deep industry knowledge and experience, he has authored numerous documents/standards and has been an integral part of most every major supply chain initiative over the last 20 years.
