Michelle Mendoza is a successful 15+ year marketer leading brand communications and digital transformation for major Fortune 100 companies with a pulse on Millennials, Gen Z, multicultural and international markets. She started her career with Nielsen and then went on to lead strategic planning and development for Univision Communication and iHeart Media brand solutions teams, respectively. Today, Michelle leads consumer & trade marketing, corporate communications, and private brand development for Associated Supermarket Group, the oldest retail solutions and financing provider in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic area serving a $1.9B independent supermarket retail network. Working closely with the company’s senior leadership team, Michelle has ushered in digital transformation by bridging the technology gap for small businesses to communicate with consumers and compete in today’s food retail ecosystem.
Michelle earned her master’s from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Business Administration and her bachelor's degree from San Francisco State University. In 2019, Michelle graduated from the NGA / Cornell University Food Industry Management Executive Leadership Development Program.
