Get Event-Ready with a Rental Device

We've partnered with Fello to provide convenient mobile device rentals for exhibitors using Converge+. Devices are shipped ready to use, helping your team get started quickly at the show. 

To order, email Paul Bender with the following details:  

  • Quantity of iPhones 
  • Requested Delivery Date 
  • Requested Return Date 
  • Shipping Zip code (Full address will be confirmed later) 
  • Any additional app, device, or hardware requests 

Clarion will provide the Converge+ Scan app details. Other apps, custom configurations, battery packs, or hardware requests may result in additional charges.

Order Deadline: Place your order and submit payment by January 17, 2027 to avoid potential rush and expedited-shipping charges. Orders submitted after the deadline are subject to availability, additional fees, and shipping time. 

Note: Credit card payments are preferred, but Fello can accommodate checks or ACH on request. Please plan for additional processing fees and times. 

Rental Device FAQs

Yes, the quote will include shipping costs once the shipping zip code has been determined.

You'll be provided with a prepaid UPS return label and reusable packaging. Simply repack the hardware, put the new return label over the old one, and drop it off at your nearest UPS Store or similar UPS drop-off location.

Most rentals include damage and theft insurance in which you would be responsible for a deductible. If insurance was waived, you would be liable for the full replacement cost. 

If the hardware arrives damaged, please inform the Fello Support team within 24 hours of receipt.

Each scanning kit includes an iPhone with all charging accessories and necessary apps pre-installed. LTE data is optional if you would like a backup internet connection.

Yes, Fello partners with the Converge+ team to install the app and anything else that may be needed.

If the onsite staff cannot troubleshoot your issue, the Fello support team can step in to help. If they can’t troubleshoot your issue remotely, replacement hardware can be overnighted as needed.

Please be sure to have your Fello order number ready. This can be found in your rental confirmation email and on the box your hardware arrives in. It’s usually formatted as “FE####” or “OR####”. 

  • We recommend delivering to a business address, such as your office, your hotel (if it accepts guest parcels), or a local UPS Store. 

  • It’s not recommended to ship to the event venue, as the goal is to ship it early so that you have time to login and prepare. 

Our flat rate pricing allows you to rent the hardware for up to 14 days to accommodate your travel and show plans.
