Recommended Travel Days

Arrive Saturday, January 31

We recommend arriving the day  before the conference begins. This gives you time to settle in, explore the venue, and ensure you're refreshed and ready to dive into every moment of the event from the very first session on Sunday!

Depart Wednesday February 4

We recommend departing the day after the conference ends so you can enjoy our closing reception without the stress of rushing to catch a flight. It’s the perfect chance to unwind, reflect on everything you’ve learned, and connect with fellow attendees one last time.
