Safety and Security

The safety and security of our attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, partners, and staff is our top priority at The NGA Show. While much of our security infrastructure is working behind the scenes in conjunction with the MGM Grand, we are continuously reviewing and enhancing our procedures to ensure the safest experience possible for everyone.

Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to adhere to our Code of Conduct to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for everyone onsite. 

Rebooking Information/Process

Rebooking is the process during which our sales team works with exhibitors to select booth space for the following year’s event. Placement in the rebooking order is determined by a preset set of criteria. Our team will connect with you in advance of your scheduled rebooking time to answer any questions about the process or criteria.  As always, if you have any questions please reach out to NGA_es@clarionevents.com and we can help! 

Move Out Process

During move-out, all exhibitors are required to complete a Bill of Lading before any freight can be released from the show floor. Material handling charges must be paid in full prior to shipment. Please plan accordingly to avoid delays and ensure a smooth move-out process.
