Prepping Your Team

As an exhibitor, you will register through the Exhibitor Resource Center. There, you’ll be able to view your allotted badge quantity as well as the cost for any additional badges. 

When you and your team arrive onsite, please stop by the registration desk to pick up your individual badges. For security purposes, each team member must collect their own badge—bulk pickup is not permitted. Badges and lanyards must be worn at all times while onsite. 

We partner with Connections Housing to offer discounted rates at nearby hotels. Please be aware of potential housing scams, as other companies may reach out claiming to work with us. To ensure you receive legitimate rates, we recommend booking only through the links provided on our official website.
