In 1998, Aimee Smith began her career with Harmons by working on the front end at the Taylorsville store. During her early time at Harmons, she worked for the front end and business centers in the payroll department at three locations before eventually transitioning to the

Human Resources department at the support office. In 2016, her tenacity led her to accept the position of vice president of the People department, where she currently serves.

Aimee is inspired by the Harmons mission and values and feels grateful that she has the opportunity to influence the culture of the company. She believes in being the best at getting better, and she works hard to improve the lives of Harmons associates. Aimee's curiosity for life drives her passion for people and for experiencing the world. In her free time, Aimee enjoys traveling far and wide to share experiences with her family.
