He specializes in helping owners and their families navigate transitions by clarifying objectives and implementing meaningful, practical solutions. A licensed attorney with a background in finance and psychology, Carey is a published author and frequent speaker with more than 30 years of experience in succession planning. He also partners closely with the grocery industry through the Crossroads program and works alongside two of his sons to build a growing group of retail operations.
