Cristy Hess is the Director of Learning and Development for Busch’s Fresh Food Market. She has been with the company since 1995, serving in a variety of roles at both the store and corporate levels, with the majority of her career rooted in Human Resources.

With a background in education, Cristy is deeply passionate about Learning and Development and is energized by the opportunity to support and grow Busch’s associates. Her work has focused on building apprentice and mentorship programs, as well as developing leadership pathways to prepare future leaders within the organization.
