Felice Manget Harvey joined ECRS in 2017 and has built a career rooted in customer success and relationship management. She began her journey as a Customer Care Specialist, later transitioned into a Business Development Executive role, and serves as a Key Account Manager. In addition to managing strategic customer relationships, Felice acts as ECRS's advocate in thought leadership and is the host of ECRS’s webinar series, The Learning Lounge, where she leads engaging conversations designed to educate, inform, and support the retail technology community.
