Frank began his career at Harps in 1984. After graduating from Arkansas Tech University, he entered Harps "Manager Trainee Program". On the way to his current role as Vice President Human Resources, Frank spent most of his time in operations, first as a Department Manager, then as Store Manager and finally a District Manager before taking on his current role in 1998. As VP, HR Frank's main focuses are Retention, Developing current and future Leaders and Building a great culture with the 4000+ Employees and Employee Owner's at Harps.
