Currently with Karns Quality Foods, a Pennsylvania-based grocery chain, he specializes in transforming raw point-of-sale data into actionable customer insights and measurable marketing results. His deep expertise spans customer segmentation, RFM analysis, loyalty program management, and targeted campaign development, making him uniquely qualified to help regional grocery retailers compete more effectively in today's challenging market.

Working primarily with ECRS' CATAPULT POS system and their business intelligence tool, Cognition, Jeff has developed a practical, results-driven approach to retail analytics. Rather than relying on generic marketing theories, he builds custom segmentation models based on actual shopping behaviors—identifying Fresh-Focused shoppers, Stock-Up customers, and Convenience buyers to create precisely targeted campaigns. His methodology focuses on extracting maximum value from existing data systems, helping retailers understand not just who their customers are, but how they shop and what motivates their purchasing decisions.

When not helping grocery retailers maximize their data, Jeff enjoys traveling, golfing, and spending time with his wife, daughters, family, friends, and his two doodles.
