Jim Dorey is President and Chief Operating Officer of Inserra Supermarkets, where he leads strategic direction and operations for the privately held company, which operates more than 30 retail locations in the New York metropolitan area. Previously, he served as President of Price Rite Supermarkets and held several executive leadership roles at Wakefern Food Corp., including Executive Vice President and Vice President of Marketing. Dorey is a strong advocate for Inserra’s people-first philosophy, emphasizing the importance of associates, customers, and community. He is a graduate of Montclair State University and has completed executive leadership programs at Harvard Business School and the Center for Creative Leadership.
