Josh Poling serves as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Kirby Company, overseeing Market Fresh and Pacific Northwest Outfitters/Ace Hardware banners owned and operated by Kirby Co across the region. He is recognized for driving operational modernization and implementing AI-powered systems that improve accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making across all stores.

Josh leads core initiatives including automated labor and sales benchmarking, shrink analytics, advanced BRData reporting, loyalty performance modeling, and weekly V5 data-driven performance reports. He integrates AI into daily operations for merchandising evaluations, store walkthrough documentation, HR process development, marketing design, and multi-store communication workflows—creating a consistent, data-backed operational framework.

He also directs all corporate branding and marketing, using AI to streamline creative production, generate promotional assets, manage social media campaigns, and maintain visual consistency across Market Fresh and Outfitters locations. His ability to combine technology, design, and retail operations has accelerated Kirby Co.’s transition into a modern, analytics-driven organization.
