Quinn Hall is a Store Leader with North State Grocery, where he leads a team of 70 employees at a high-performing independent grocery store. Quinn began working in the grocery industry in high school and now brings 10 years of industry experience, including 7 years in leadership roles, to his work developing people, culture, and operations at store level.

Quinn’s greatest strength as a leader is building culture and investing in his team. Under his leadership, his store has achieved the lowest turnover rate in the company at 22%, exceeded contribution goals for the past eight consecutive quarters, and successfully developed three team members who have gone on to become Store Leaders at other locations.

Quinn believes strong leadership is rooted in consistent care; following up, coaching, and recognizing people every day. He is passionate about continuous learning, purposeful delegation, and shifting from “doing” the work to developing others to do it well.
