Robb Scott
Robb is Vice President, Grocery at LocaliQ, the digital marketing and advertising division of USA TODAY Co. In this role, he leads the grocery-focused sales team, partnering with retailers to win more trips, grow basket size, and generate measurable ROI from their marketing investments.
With a BS in Marketing from Penn State and more than 20 years of experience helping grocers succeed with digital solutions, Robb brings deep insight into how shoppers discover, plan, and decide where to buy groceries. He and his team design full-funnel programs that combine digital channels such as search, social, email, and display with engagement tactics like sweepstakes and traditional media including direct mail to drive performance, not just impressions. Grounded in consumer insights and real campaign results, Robb focuses on turning data into practical strategies grocers can use to attract new shoppers, strengthen loyalty, and grow revenue efficiently.
When he’s not working with clients, Robb enjoys hiking with his wife and son and traveling to explore new places together.
