Robert Graybill is president and CEO of FMS Solutions, a multi-national Saas and tech enabled service provider for the independent grocery industry.  Bob and the FMS team have been providing benchmark data for the industry for the past two decades, along with detailed insights into what makes some operators outperform the industry benchmarks.  Bob served in just about every role in the grocery industry from cashier, deli clerk, meat cutter, buyer, warehouse manager, IT Director, and Director of Accounting prior to joining FMS where he has worked for nearly a quarter century with independent operators.  He holds an MBA from Loyola University and leads the Global FMS Team from their headquarters in Ft Lauderdale Florida.
