Sheila Ebanks
Sheila Ebanks is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry, specializing in sales operations, customer management, and strategic growth. She currently leads the Large Store Division for Retail in North America at The Coca-Cola Company, where she oversees both Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and warehouse business operations, driving customer-centric innovation and operational excellence across the retail landscape.
Prior to her current role, Sheila held various leadership positions within the Coca-Cola System, including six years at Coca-Cola Beverages Florida (CCBF). She also brings valuable experience from her time at PepsiCo, where she developed a strong foundation in commercial strategy and execution.
Sheila has served as Co-Chair of the South Region Customer Leadership Board (2020–2023), is a member of the Customer and Commercial Leadership Board, and contributes to internal strategic initiatives through her role on The Coca-Cola Retailing Research Council.
Externally, Sheila is recognized as a thought leader and industry advocate. From 2022 to 2024, she served as Region Advisor for NextUp’s Florida Region, and she currently sits on the FMI Growth Forum. Her selection as a Future Leader for the Consumer Goods Program highlights her rising influence and commitment to shaping the future of the industry.
Sheila holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, a Master’s in Integrated Marketing & Management Communications, and an MBA from Florida State University.
