Tim Marsh
As Founder and Head of Visibility for MDB Tim brings over 30 years of diverse experience in food, healthcare and consumer products sectors with a focus on supply chain and operations. Tim’s experience and skills span traceability, sustainability, innovation, strategy and brand protection.
Tim has held engineering and leadership positions for Pfizer, Saint-Gobain and GS1. As a strategic advisor Tim has worked with Lactalis, Saputo, McCormick, Ropack, GateGourmet, UCB Pharma, Wakefern, Starbucks, Merck, Janssen, Biogen and Alibaba.
Throughout his career, Tim has focused on leadership, strategy and innovation of technology to enhance capabilities, reduce risk and improve performance. Tim has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and an MBA from Centenary College. Tim has also earned his Graduate Certificate in Sustainability Business Strategy from Penn State University’s Smeal College of Business. Tim also holds certifications in RFID Technology from MIT, Sustainability from Stanford and Bar Codes from GS1.
